Hal McAlister
- Hal McAlister is a Regents' Professor of Astronomy at Georgia State University and served as the director of the Center for High Angular Resolution Astronomy (CHARA) which built the CHARA Array on Mount Wilson.
- He also served as the CEO of the Mount Wilson Institute which manages the historic Mount Wilson Observatory.
- Was a presenter on the Cosmic Trails 2 Cruise in March 2011.
