Java Jam 3 (September 7 – September 14, 2002) was the third Java-themed Geek Cruise, sailing the Alaska Inside Passage aboard the Holland America Line's M.S. Ryndam, co-hosted with JavaWorld.com.
Key Presenters & Curriculum
- Randal Schwartz: Taught Perl classes, continuing the tradition of using Inline::Java to teach regular expressions to the Java developers on board. I also assisted Neil Bauman as a production assistant behind the scenes.
- Focused on Java J2EE enterprise technologies, web frameworks, and scripting languages.
