    • On June 5, 2015, I shared that I couldn't drink a full beer until my late 20s because people kept offering me bad beer instead of craft beer.
    • After shifting to a Low-Carb High-Fat (LCHF) lifestyle, I stopped drinking beer entirely.
    • However, I made a single exception during the past three years: on my first trip to Dublin, Ireland, I had to have a pint of Guinness in the city where it is made.
