Troubleshooting a feed import loop between Facebook and FriendFeed.
The Import Loop
- On January 31, 2010, I resolved a loop where FriendFeed imported all Facebook items, and Facebook imported all FriendFeed items.
- To break the cycle, I disabled the Facebook import.
- I decided to pass a single copy of tweets via the Twitter app and only post specific items directly to FriendFeed.
