  • The Order

    • On December 26, 2021, I had a funny exchange while ordering breakfast:
      • Me: "I'd like the omelette with the three kinds of meat..."
      • Bartender: "You mean the veggie omelette?"
      • (Realizing her mistake, she did a self-head-slam) "Oh right, the meat-lover's omelette?"
    • We both had a good laugh; it must have been a very busy holiday shift for her.
