- ScriptScape 2001 (August 19 – August 26, 2001) was the fifth Geek Cruise ("ScriptScape"), sailing through the Alaska Inside Passage aboard the Holland America Line's M.S. Volendam.

- The Python Decision: This cruise featured a private, small-group OO spreadsheet design session led by Python creator Guido van Rossum.
