  • A short Travel anecdote about a bizarre and friendly coincidence at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).

  • The Coincidence

    • I stopped at the Delta Skyclub in the Seattle airport for a quick break before making a drive south to Lacey, Washington, where I was scheduled to spend the night.
    • While I was in the restroom, a Delta employee cleaning up suddenly asked me out of the blue: "Have you ever been to Lacey?"
    • Since Lacey is a relatively small town, the probability of him randomly naming it was tiny.
    • I replied: "Why yes, I'm actually sleeping there tonight... why?"
    • The employee simply smiled and said: "Well, I like to start conversations by asking random questions like that."
