History and Operations

• The company was initially a sole proprietorship.
• It was later incorporated in the state of Oregon.
• It is known for offering Stonehenge courses on Perl.
• The company had a notable presence at OSCON (O'Reilly Open Source Convention), where they were known for their "Programmer size" t-shirts.
